Artist's Corner
For many people, getting in touch with their creative selves is as important as breathing air. That is why I created "Art Is Real"--AIR, for short. If you are one of those people who would like to begin producing your own art, take a deep breath and begin!
Art can be a vehicle for uplifting you emotionally and spiritually. We all have our own story and art can provide a way for you to tell yours. All you need to begin is a desire to express yourself.
Creating art is a tremendous exercise in self-worth. It says to the world, "I am here." As soon as you make something, you will be in the flow. And the flow keeps flowing...

"When I visted the home of Frida Kahlo in Mexico City, which is now a museum, some of her clothing was on display there.
"The hearts in this work were created to
simulate her blouses in addition to showing
my admiration for her."
