Pisces is the Dreamer

This piece was created from a background provided by Art
Creations Friday and the challenge was to create something using it.

"When I saw this background with the fish, I decided to do my own
spin on it and focus on the astrological sign of Pisces.  In the
background is an astrological wheel.  As the planet Neptune
rules the sign, I included it, as well.  This piece is dedicated
to my husband, Ralph.
